Energy Savings Agreement
Regular maintenance is essential to the continuous efficient operation of your home heating and cooling system, and can prevent costly service calls. Keeping your equipment maintained means lower utility bills, extended equipment life, fewer repairs, and improved heating and/or cooling capacity. A cost-effective way to keep your system running smoothly and efficiently is our Energy Savings Agreement. This agreement includes a fall furnace precision tune up, a spring air conditioning precision tune up, and offers you a discounted rate and priority scheduling should you need any plumbing, heating or cooling repairs during the term of your agreement. Precision tune up procedures include cleaning and adjusting the burner assembly, cleaning the ignition assembly,
cleaning the heat exchanger or elements, monitoring the flue draft, monitoring the refrigerant pressures, testing start capabilities and safety controls, checking air filters, tightening electrical connections, measuring volts/amps, lubricating moving parts, adjusting thermostat calibration, cleaning evaporator coil if accessible, cleaning condenser coil, cleaning condensate drains and measuring temperature difference.
