"During a service on my furnace a carbon monoxide leak was discovered. McQuade did an emergency removal of my old furnace and installation of a new high efficiency furnace so my home would not be without heat. They then scheduled the finishing of the installation at my convenience including the install of a humidifier. They notified me of credits available with my gas and electric companies and provided me the forms to complete to claim the credits. They even processed the credit forms for me. I have also used them for air conditioner and hot water repairs. I have always found McQuade to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.  They never try to up sell you or do high pressure sales. Prices are reasonable. Great job. City inspector stated it was one of the best installations he had seen.

"Last week we had a new air conditioner put in. Our old unit was running night and day last year and sounded horrible. We have a split level house and the upstairs rooms were horrible to keep cool. We first thought we had poor insulation, so last year we had new insulation put in the attic along with an attic fan. Then we thought it was the windows. So we had them tinted to cut down on the heat. As we can now see, that was not the problem at all. Dave came out and determined this unit was undersized for our house. As this weekend temperatures grew in the 90's, we got a great first test on how well this new air conditioner worked. It is amazing! My kid's rooms upstairs were perfect! Actually the downstairs was almost too cold. It was a huge improvement. The best part is that it seemed to run less than the previous one and it keeps the house cooler! We have had other work done from McQuade and have always been very pleased, but this just went beyond that...we couldn't be happier.
